Welcome to Covlor®. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of Covlor® Smart Door Locks and related products. By placing an order, creating an account, or using our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully; if you do not agree, please do not use our website or buy our products.
1. Products & Pricing
All Covlor® Smart Door Lock products are described as accurately as possible, though images and specifications are for reference and may differ slightly from the delivered product. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include or exclude applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We may update product details, specifications, availability, and prices at any time without prior notice. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
2. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only once payment is received and you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, where stock is unavailable, where delivery is not serviceable, or where details appear incorrect or fraudulent. If we decline a confirmed order, any amount paid is refunded.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary by location, product availability, and courier conditions. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or events beyond our control.
4. Installation
- Free installation is provided for orders of more than two (2) smart locks within Bihar.
- Installation is completed within 7–10 days after the product is delivered to the customer.
- Installation outside Bihar, or for single or two-lock orders, may be arranged separately and can be chargeable.
5. Warranty
Every Covlor® Smart Door Lock carries a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering genuine manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Human error, misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
- Accidents, tampering, or unauthorised repair or modification.
- Natural calamities such as fire, flood, lightning, or power surge.
To make a claim during the warranty period, contact us and send the lock to Covlor®. If a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed on inspection, we will repair it. Shipping arrangements for warranty service are as advised by our support team.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled as set out in our Order & Return / Refund Policy. Please review that policy for timelines, conditions, and the process to raise a request.
7. Intellectual Property
The Covlor® name, logo, product designs, website content, text, graphics, and images are the property of Covlor® and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.
8. Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to it or to any account, system, or data. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe our Terms are being misused.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Covlor® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hon’ble Patna High Court, Bihar.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page and applies to orders placed after it is posted.
