Welcome to Covlor®. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of Covlor® Smart Door Locks and related products. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Pricing

All Covlor® Smart Door Lock products are described as accurately as possible. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include or exclude applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We may update product details, specifications, and prices at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received and you get an order confirmation. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary by location and availability.

4. Installation

• Free installation for orders of more than two (2) smart locks within Bihar.
• Installation is completed within 7–10 days after the product is delivered to the customer.
• Installation outside Bihar, or for single/two-lock orders, may be arranged separately and can be chargeable.

5. Warranty

Every Covlor® Smart Door Lock carries a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering genuine manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does NOT cover damage caused by human error, misuse, mishandling, improper installation, accidents, tampering, unauthorised repair, or natural calamities (fire, flood, lightning, power surge). During the warranty period, contact us and send the lock to Covlor®; if a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, we repair it.

6. Returns & Refunds

Handled as per our Order & Return / Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Covlor® is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hon’ble Patna High Court, Bihar.
